The Mind Body Wellness is an integrative group coaching program created to bring holistic modalities and a wide variety of mental and physical health topics into your world to benefit you on a deeper holistic level.

I believe that we have become a society so desperate for quick fixes. We have forgotten to have patience and we have moved so far away from the simple fundamental building blocks to living a happy and healthy life. I believe mental health is just as important as our physical health. That deep focus on both mental and physical well-being is why the MBW was created. The teachings inside this health coaching program is a culmination of my own personal health experiences, education and conversations with clients over the last several years.

The second half of the program has actual exercises to complete each week based off of the topic discussed. The goal is to develop habits that make you happier and healthier!

After 12 weeks inside the MBM Group Coaching Program, you will develop a deeper appreciation for your body, learn new tools to help you with your nutrition and fitness journey and have new healthy habits in place to help you be the most mentally and physically fit version of you!
